Branch Report
April 2019
(as seen in Nacelle)

Hi Folks,

1st Feb, 26 of us had a lovely meal at The Star, thank you Rod for organising it.

Saturday 9th, 8 of us went on the breakfast run.

Tuesday 13th, a group of us attended our past member French Pete's funeral. He was given a lovely send off. After the service in St Mary's by The Sea there was 3 BSA Gold Stars leading the hearse with 12 of us on the bikes following him up to the crematorium with the wake at The Robin Hood. Special mention for the lovely euogy by Billy Sutton, it was spot on, RIP Pete.

Saturday 16th was our annual coach trip to the London Motorcycle Show with breakfast at The Robin Hood before boarding the coach. Plenty of drooling over the new Triumphs, many bargins bought before returning to The Robin Hood for Fish 'n' Chips and a pint or two. Big thank you to Rod for organising it (cos without him it wouldn't happen).

Tuesday 19th, 8 again for the run to Hawkhurst Fish Farm where we were greeted by Mandy, Gemma and Sophie.

Sunday 24th over 40 of us enjoyed The Worlds Fastest Indian film in The Electric Palace cinema, Hastings Old Town. Thank you to Mandy, Ros and Sue for a fabulous buffet.
