Branch Report
November 2018
(as seen in Nacelle)

Hi Folks,
Sunday 2nd September there was 10 of us for the breakfast run to the Solo Cafe in Canterbury, we had a delayed departure back as Graham got called back in to do the washing up.

Wednesday 5th we had a branch quarterly meeting at The Robin Hood, we had 2 new members in attendance, welcome to Charlie and Wes. It was agreed that we will be donating a good size cheque to this years chosen charity The Pett Level Independant Rescue Boat. Presentation will be before our AGM, starts on Wednesday 14th November at The Robin Hood 8pm.

Sunday 16th there was 10 bikes but 11 of us for breakfast run to Heavens Farm. Unfortunately on 9 bikes made it. Phil got a puncture coming over the Ashdown Forest, luckily he only had to wait 45 mins for the AA, but he did not miss out on a breakfast as his good lady cooked him one when he got home. The only other incident that day was chairman Alan's top box coming unattached and ending up in the trees. Never a dull moment on our runs!

Friday 7th December Rother Xmas meal at The Robin Hood 7pm. Limited places contact Rod to book your place.

Saturday 29th December Rother annual pub crawl round Hastings Old Town 2pm in The Dolphin.
